Nearly a decade strong, Organizational Dynamics, LLC is led by President Ashley Mullin, MSOD. Ashley is a seasoned Organization Development (OD) and Organizational Change Management (OCM) leader with unique expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Project Management and Marketing. Ashley’s focus is transformational change – large, complex change initiatives or projects involving many people or departments with unclear immediate next steps and no roadmap. A seasoned partner to C-level clients, Ashley works adeptly with people at all levels within an organization to create a customized change strategy and effectively implement sustainable change solutions.

Ashley brings over 18 years of multi-industry experience include change management and marketing roles in telecommunications, pharmaceutical / biotechnology, healthcare, advertising / communications, management consulting, financial messaging, broadcast / radio, construction management, the Federal Government and non-profit organizations.

Ashley is a speaker in the areas of OD, OCM and consulting, and the creator of TRAC-ITTM, a tool used to clarify roles and responsibilities within teams or as part of a systemic transformation.

She is the founder of Consultants Helping Consultants (CHC), a local professional social networking and education group of 150 members. Ashley created this innovative forum as a place for consultants across professions and industries to share trends, resources, entrepreneurial skills, and marketplace challenges. She is a member of the Chesapeake Bay Organization Development Network (CBODN), the Organization Development Institute (ODI), and the AU / NTL Alumni Association.

Ashley earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from the American University / National Training Laboratories of Applied Behavioral Science Institute (NTL Institute). She also has advanced training in Group Process.
